Could EMF Exposure Be the Cause of Migraines?
If you're one of the millions of Americans who suffer from migraines, you know just how debilitating they can be. You also know that there are a lot of things that can trigger a migraine, including certain foods, bright lights, and stress. But have you ever considered that EMF exposure might be to blame?

What is EMF Exposure?
EMF exposure is the exposure to electromagnetic fields. These fields are emitted by electronic devices such as computers, cell phones, microwaves, and even some power lines. While there is still some debate about whether or not EMF exposure is harmful to our health, some studies have shown a link between EMF exposure and migraines.

One study in particular looked at a group of office workers who were exposed to EMFs from computers for seven or more hours per day. The study found that those who were exposed to the most EMFs were three times more likely to suffer from migraines than those who were exposed to the least amount of EMFs.

Another study looked at a group of people who lived near high-voltage power lines. The study found that those who lived closest to the power lines were four times more likely to suffer from migraines than those who lived further away.

So what do these studies mean for you? If you suffer from migraines and you're looking for possible triggers, it may be worth considering whether or not EMF exposure could be to blame. Of course, more research needs to be done in this area, but if you think EMF exposure could be a factor in your migraines, there are steps you can take to reduce your exposure.

While we don't know for sure whether or not EMF exposure can cause migraines, there is some evidence that suggests it might be a factor for some people. If you think EMF exposure could be triggering migraines, there are steps you can take to reduce your exposure and find relief.
