How to Detox and Feel Better Fast
I used to get migraines every single week. Debilitating migraines that would put me out for days. I was a 41-year-old mother with a 4-year-old son, and I could barely take care of myself, let alone him. I tried every type of medication, but nothing worked. That's when I learned about detoxification.

Detoxification is the process of eliminating toxins from the body. Toxins can come from food, air, water, and even our own cells. When our bodies are overloaded with toxins, it can cause a host of problems like fatigue, headaches, and weight gain. The good news is that there are things we can do to open our detoxification pathways and help our bodies eliminate toxins more efficiently. 

3 Ways to Open Your Detoxification Pathways

1. Drink plenty of water. Water is essential for all bodily functions, including detoxification. When you drink lots of water, you help your body flush out toxins through urine and sweat. Try to drink eight glasses of water a day. 

2. Eat clean foods. Eating healthy foods helps reduce the amount of work your liver has to do to detoxify your body. Choose foods that are high in fiber and nutrients and low in sugar, fat, and chemicals. 

3. Exercise regularly. Exercise helps Sweat out toxins, get rid of stored toxins in fat cells, and increases blood circulation. All of these things help your body detoxify itself more efficiently. 

If you're feeling sluggish, run down, or just plain bad, it might be time to open up your detoxification pathways. By following these simple tips—drinking lots of water, eating clean foods, and exercising regularly—you can help your body eliminate toxins more effectively and feel better fast!
