Do You See Red? How Artificial Colors May Be Causing Your Migraines
I'm sure you've seen the latest headlines about food dyes and migraines. As a 46-year-old stay at home mom that used to have weekly debilitating migraines, I know I have. And as a natural health consultant, I'm here to give you the 411 on what these studies are saying and what it could mean for you.

For years, experts have speculated that artificial colors in our food could be linked to migraines. And now, there's finally some research to back up these claims. A recent study published in the journal Neurology found that people who consume foods with artificial colors are more likely to experience migraines than those who don't.

So, what are these artificial colors doing to our bodies that might be causing migraines? Well, it turns out that they're actually toxic to our nervous system. In fact, some of them are so toxic that they've been banned in other countries. But here in the U.S., we still allow them to be used in our food.

These artificial colors are also known to trigger hyperactivity in children. So, if you're a parent of young kids who also suffer from migraines, it might be worth considering eliminating these colors from their diet as well.

If you're one of the millions of Americans who suffer from migraines, you might want to consider eliminating artificial colors from your diet. These colors are toxic to our nervous system and have been linked to increased migraine activity. While more research is needed to confirm these findings, it might be worth giving it a try if you're looking for relief from your migraines.
