But here's the thing: meal planning is important. Like, really important. It can save you time, money, and your sanity. Still not convinced?

I used to get migraines every single week. Debilitating migraines that would put me out for days. I was a 41-year-old mother with a 4-year-old son, and I could barely take care of myself, let alone him. I tried every type of medication, but nothing worked. That's when I learned about detoxification.

Detoxification is the process of eliminating toxins from the body. Toxins can come from food, air, water, and even our own cells. When our bodies are overloaded with toxins, it can cause a host of problems like fatigue, headaches, and weight gain. Do you ever feel like you're stuck in a rut? Like no matter what you do, you just can't seem to get ahead? If so, then it might be time to increase your body's frequency.

What is frequency? In short, it is the rate at which your cells vibrate. The higher your frequency, the healthier you are. And the healthier you are, the better your life will be.

So how do you increase your body's frequency? Here are five tips to get you started:

1. Exercise regularly
2. Get enough sleep
3. eat healthy foods
4. pray daily
5. spend time in nature 

Tip #1: Exercise Regularly 
One of the best ways to increase your body's frequency is to exercise regularly. Exercise gets your blood flowing and helps to release endorphins, which have been shown to improve mood and overall sense of well-being. Not to mention, exercise also helps to reduce stress levels and promote healthy cell growth. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week for best results. 

Tip #2: Get Enough Sleep 
Sleep is another important factor in maintaining a high body frequency. When you don't get enough sleep, your cells don't have a chance to regenerate and repair themselves properly. This can lead to a host of health problems over time. Make sure you're getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night so that your body can recharge and rejuvenate itself. 

Tip #3: Eat Healthy Foods 
The food we eat has a direct impact on our frequency levels. Processed foods, for example, tend to be low in frequency while whole, natural foods tend to be higher in frequency. So if you want to raise your body's vibration, start by eating more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and healthy fats while avoiding processed foods, sugary drinks and refined carbohydrates as much as possible. 

Tip #4: Pray Daily
Taking some time each day for reflection can also help to raise your body's vibration. Prayer helps to center and calm the mind, improving our focus and clarity while promoting feelings of peace and well-being.  Tip #5: Spend Time in Nature 
Finally, spending time in nature is another great way to boost your body's vibration level. When we plug into the natural world around us – whether it's by taking a walk in the park or simply spending time surrounded by plants – we can't help but feel more grounded and connected (both physically and spiritually). If possible, try to spend at least 20 minutes outside each day in order receive all the benefits nature has to offer.
