Vibrating at a Higher Frequency

Vibrating at a Higher Frequency
I'm sure you've heard the saying, "You are what you eat." Well, I believe that you are also what you vibrate. You vibrate at a certain frequency, and everything is made up of energy that is constantly vibrating. Therefore, if you want to attract more of something into your life, you need to raise your vibration. But what does that mean? And how do you do it? Keep reading, and I'll tell you.

Your Vibration is impacted by your thoughts and emotions. Everything is energy, including your thoughts and emotions. Your thoughts produce frequencies, and these frequencies interact with the frequencies of other things around you. For example, if you're thinking about a delicious slice of cake, the frequency of that thought will interact with the frequency of the cake (which also has its own frequency).

If you want to raise your vibration, you need to focus on thoughts and emotions that have a high frequency. Thoughts and emotions like love, joy, gratitude, kindness, etc., all have high frequencies. The higher your vibration, the more positive things you will attract into your life.

One way to raise your vibration is through prayer. When you pray, you quiet your mind. This allows you to focus on the present moment and be in touch with your inner thoughts and emotions. The more present and aware you are, the easier it will be to focus on whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable and worthy of praise.

Meal Planning 101: How to Make it Easier and More Enjoyable!

Meal Planning 101: How to Make it Easier and More Enjoyable!
Meal planning can be an intimidating task, especially for busy parents with limited time and energy, who don’t have all the answers right away. It can feel overwhelming trying to come up with ideas for healthy, tasty meals that everyone in your family will enjoy. And yet, meal planning doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful! With a few simple strategies, you can make meal planning easier and even enjoyable. Read on for some of my top tips!

1. Start Small
It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the thought of having to plan out every meal for an entire week. So instead of trying to tackle the whole week at once, start small. Start by taking baby steps and simply focus on preparing one or two meals each day until you feel comfortable enough to plan out an entire week in advance. This will also help you stay flexible; if something unexpected pops up during the week that changes your plans, you won’t be stuck with a full week of meals that you can’t use.

2. Keep it Simple
Meal planning doesn’t have to be complicated—in fact, it shouldn’t be! Stick with simple recipes that don't require too many ingredients or steps. Look for recipes that use fresh ingredients (like fruits and vegetables) but are still quick and easy to prepare—you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen every night cooking elaborate meals! Also consider leftovers; if you make extra food when prepping dinner one night, you'll have an easy lunch option for the next day.

3. Get Creative
If you find yourself getting stuck in a rut when meal planning—making the same few dishes over and over again—try looking for new recipes online or in cookbooks that contain ingredients your family likes to eat. You can also experiment by adding different spices or seasonings to old standbys like grilled chicken breasts or roasted vegetables. If there's something new that your family hasn't tried before, try making it but keep the recipe simple so that everyone is willing to give it a try without too much hesitation!

Meal planning doesn't have to be difficult or overwhelming! By keeping things simple and getting creative when it comes to recipes and ingredients, you can make meal planning easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved. With these tips as your guide, you'll soon find yourself coming up with delicious meals your whole family will love without spending hours in the kitchen every night preparing them!

Is PTSD Contributing to Your Migraines?

Is PTSD Contributing to Your Migraines?

Have you ever felt an inexplicable tension in your head and neck that is relieved by a strong massage? Are your headaches accompanied by feelings of anxiety, sadness, or even fear? If so, you may be experiencing physical manifestations of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We’ll explore the possible connection between migraines and PTSD and how to treat them holistically.

The Connection Between PTSD and Migraines
Migraines can have many triggers—from changes in weather patterns to food sensitivities—but one of the most common causes is trauma. A study from the Journal of Headache Pain found that up to 21 percent of migraine sufferers experienced some form of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is believed that traumatic experiences can trigger migraines because it heightens the body's fight or flight response, leading to increased levels of cortisol and other hormones in the body which can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches.

How To Treat PTSD Related Migraines Holistically
Although there are several medications available to treat both migraines and PTSD, they may not always be effective or desirable. Fortunately, there are holistic treatments available that can help reduce both physical pain and psychological distress associated with these conditions. Here are a few tips for treating migraines caused by PTSD holistically:
•   Prayer: Prayer has been shown to reduce stress levels and improve mental clarity. Try setting aside 10 minutes each day. Listening to guided breathing techniques and prayer specifically designed for migraine relief can also be helpful.
•    Exercise: Exercise releases endorphins which can help relieve tension in the body as well as lift your mood. Even just 30 minutes of walking a day can make a difference in how you feel physically and emotionally.
•    Counseling: Talking with a counselor who specializes in trauma-informed care can help you develop coping strategies for dealing with emotional distress associated with PTSD. This focuses on understanding how past traumas affect current behavior and helps provide insight into unhealthy patterns that may be contributing to migraines.

Everyone experiences pain differently; however, if you are suffering from frequent migraines accompanied by feelings of anxiety or fear then it could be a sign that you are experiencing physical manifestations of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Fortunately, there are holistic treatments available such as meditation, exercise, and counseling that can help reduce both physical pain and psychological distress associated with these conditions. By taking an integrative approach to healing these conditions, you will be able to find relief from both your head pain and emotional distress quickly and effectively.

Unhealthy Boundaries: What You Need to Know

Unhealthy Boundaries: What You Need to Know
It’s not uncommon for a 41-year-old mom with weekly debilitating migraines and 4 children at home to find herself feeling overwhelmed. Stress can manifest in many ways, from physical ailments to mental exhaustion. One way to help manage stress is to understand and set healthy boundaries. But what are unhealthy boundaries? It’s important to recognize them in order to make sure your needs are met—and that you have time for yourself!

What Are Unhealthy Boundaries?
Unhealthy boundaries are defined as restrictions or limits that someone puts on themselves which can be detrimental to their mental health and well-being. Examples of unhealthy boundaries include overcommitting yourself, taking on too much responsibility, or allowing people to take advantage of you. All of these behaviors can lead to feelings of guilt and resentment if not managed properly.

Why Are Unhealthy Boundaries Dangerous?
When we set unhealthy boundaries, it often leads us down a road of self-destruction. We might feel like we don't have the energy or strength to say no when asked for help or assistance. We might also feel guilty about saying no because we don't want to let people down or hurt their feelings. But it's important to remember that setting healthy boundaries is an essential part of self-care and that it's okay (and necessary) to put yourself first sometimes!

How Can You Set Healthy Boundaries?
Setting healthy boundaries means being able to communicate your needs clearly and assertively without feeling guilty or ashamed about doing so. It also means learning how to accept “no” as an answer without feeling resentful towards the person who said it. Setting healthy boundaries allows us the space and freedom needed for personal growth, relationships, and overall well-being—all things that are essential for a 41-year-old mom with weekly debilitating migraines!

Unhealthy boundaries can be damaging if left unchecked, leading us down roads of self-destruction filled with guilt and resentment. Setting healthy boundaries is an important step in managing stress levels while protecting our own well-being—something all moms need! Whether you’re a 41-year-old mom with weekly debilitating migraines or not, understanding what unhealthy boundaries are and how they limit our lives is key in making sure we have time for ourselves—and our family!

Could Your Migraines Be a Curse?

Could Your Migraines Be a Curse?
If you're like me, you've had migraines since you were a teenager. You've tried every remedy under the sun, from acupuncture to magnesium supplements, but nothing seems to work. You might be wondering, "Why me?" Well, I have a theory. I think our migraines might be generational curses.

The Bible is full of examples of generational curses. In Exodus 20, God tells the Israelites that he will visit "the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the third and fourth generation of those who hate" him. In other words, if our parents sinned, we might pay for their mistakes.

There are also numerous examples of people being blessed or cursed based on their obedience to God. In Deuteronomy 28, God tells the Israelites that they will be blessed if they obey him but cursed if they don't. These curses include things like "blindness and confusion of mind." Sound familiar?

Of course, we can't know for sure whether or not our migraines are caused by a curse. But it's worth considering that they could be. After all, what other explanation is there? If migraines are hereditary, why do some people in our family have them and others don't? And if they're environmental, why haven't we been able to find a cure?

The answer might be that our migraines are spiritual. If that's the case, we need to break the curse by repenting of our sins and asking God for forgiveness. We also need to ask him to bless us with good health.

If you're struggling with chronic migraines, I encourage you to consider the possibility that they might be a curse. I know it sounds far-fetched but trust me—I've been there. I know how frustrating it is to try everything and still not find relief. But I also know that God is powerful enough to break any curse. So if your migraines are hereditary or environmental, ask God to intervene and give you his peace and blessing instead.
