Have you ever had a feeling that something was wrong, but you just couldn’t put your finger on it? You may have been right. Our bodies can often pick up on things that our conscious minds don’t even realize. Research has suggested that Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can cause physical symptoms like chronic pain, fatigue, and digestive issues—even if the person doesn’t remember the traumatic event. Let’s take a closer look at PTSD.
What is PTSD?
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a type of anxiety disorder that occurs after someone experiences a traumatic event. Symptoms can include intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, nightmares, fear, irritability and difficulty sleeping. People who suffer from PTSD may also experience physical symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, chest pain and nausea. PTSD can be caused by events such as war experiences or natural disasters, but it can also be caused by everyday occurrences such as an abusive relationship or bullying at school.
How Can We Recognize Symptoms of PTSD?
Since many people with PTSD do not remember the event(s) that caused their trauma, it can be difficult to recognize the signs of this condition until they become more severe. It is therefore important for us to pay attention to our bodies—even if we don’t consciously realize what is wrong—and seek professional help if we notice any changes in our mental or physical health that could indicate something deeper going on below the surface.
Finally, studies have also found that people suffering from PTSD often have an “inner knowing” about things before they occur – as if their bodies are warning them of something bad that's about to happen. This phenomenon is known as “precognition” or “foreknowledge” and has been linked with PTSD as well as other mental health conditions. While the exact mechanism behind this phenomenon remains unclear, some experts believe it may be related to heightened levels of intuition or awareness associated with these conditions.
Our bodies are incredibly powerful tools and they can often tell us when something isn't quite right long before we consciously realize it ourselves. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is one example of this phenomenon—it's possible for people with this condition to experience physical symptoms even if they don't remember what caused their trauma in the first place. That's why it's so important for us all to stay tuned into our bodies and seek help if we're experiencing any changes in our mental or physical health that could indicate something deeper going on below the surface. If left unaddressed these changes may lead us down an unhealthy path so being aware now will save us from much more heartache later!

Recently, I've been getting a lot of questions about how to choose good flour. There are so many options out there and it can be hard to know which one is best for you. I'm here to tell you that the answer is simple: einkorn. Here's why.
Einkorn is an ancient grain that was first cultivated over 10,000 years ago. It's been called the "missing link" between wild wheat and modern wheat because it hasn't been hybridized like other wheat varieties have. This means that it still has all of the original nutrients intact, making it more nutrient-dense than other types of wheat.
Einkorn is also much easier to digest than other wheat varieties because it has a lower gluten content. Gluten is a protein that can be difficult for some people to digest, and it's also been linked to migraines and other neurological disorders. If you suffer from migraines or other health issues, einkorn could be a good flour choice for you.
Finally, einkorn tastes better than other wheat flours. It has a nutty, slightly sweet flavor that makes it perfect for baking. Whether you're making bread, pizza dough, or cookies, einkorn will give your baked goods a delicious flavor that you won't find with other flours.
If you're looking for a good flour choice, einkorn is the way to go. It's more nutrient-dense than other wheat flours, easier to digest, and tastes better too. Give it a try in your baking and see for yourself! Click Here for everything you need to get started.

We've all been there. We wake up feeling like death and have to pull ourselves out of bed to face the day. We look in the mirror and see a haggard woman staring back at us. We silently wonder, "Is this really all there is to life? Will I ever feel normal again?" If this sounds familiar, then it's time for a change. It's time to start speaking life over yourself.
We are constantly bombarded with negative messages. The media tells us we're not thin enough, smart enough, or successful enough. Our friends and family may unintentionally make us feel like we're not good enough. So, we end up believing these lies and speaking them out over our lives. But what if we changed the narrative? What if instead of speaking death, we spoke life?
The Power of Words
We live in a world that is constantly trying to bring us down. Every day we're faced with challenges and difficulties that can cause us to doubt ourselves and our worth. But did you know that you have the power to change your circumstances simply by speaking words of life over yourself? That's right! The words you speak have tremendous power. They can either build you up or tear you down. So choose your words wisely!
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits." - Proverbs 18:21 ESV
This verse from Proverbs tells us that our words have the power to either bless or curse our lives. What we say matters! Our words can either help us achieve our dreams or keep us trapped in a cycle of negative thinking. So, if you want to start speaking life over yourself, here are a few things to remember:
Remember Who You Are in Christ - As Christians, we need to remember who we are in Christ. We are children of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We are loved, accepted, and forgiven (Jeremiah 31:3). When negative thoughts come into our minds, we need to counter them with the truth of who God says we are.
Focus on Speaking Truth - In John 8:32 Jesus said, "And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." When negative thoughts come into our minds, it's important that we focus on speaking truth instead of lies. The enemy wants nothing more than to keep us trapped in a cycle of negativity, but we don't have to believe his lies! Instead, let's focus on speaking truth over our lives.
Choose Your Words Carefully - "Be careful little mouth what you say" is more than just a nursery rhyme; it's good advice! We need to be careful about the words we speak because they have the power to shape our lives. When negative thoughts come into our minds, resist the urge to speak them out loud. Choose your words carefully and focus on speaking words of life instead."
Use Affirmations - One way to start speaking life over yourself is by using affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat regularly in order establish them as truths in your mind. For example, some affirmations you could use are "I am amazing," "I am valuable," or "I am loved." Choose affirmations that resonate with you and repeat them often!
You have the power to change your life simply by choosing your words carefully and speaking words of life over yourself! Remember who you are in Christ, focus on speaking truth, choose your words carefully, use affirmations often…and watch your life change for the better!

Ionized foot baths work by using positive and negative ions to draw toxins out of the body through the pores in our feet. The machine produces a small electrical current that passes through a saltwater solution. This creates a magnetic field that helps to break down the molecules in the water, which in turn makes it easier for the body to absorb the minerals and toxins.
Ionized foot baths are safe, effective, and easy to use. They can be done in the comfort of your own home, and there is no need for special equipment or attire. All you need is a basin or tub big enough to fit your feet, and a few tablespoons of salt.
